Boro'line Maidstone had four coaches on Brighton on a large private hire job on August 23rd 1990. Seen here are two of them basking in the summer sun just prior to a torrential downpour. 205 (794 SKO) a Plaxton 'Paramount 3200 2' bodied Scania K92 was new in October 1985 to Scania (UK) Ltd, Milton Keynes and was used as a demonstrator until acquired by Maidstone Borough Council in August 1986. Originally registered C92 DTM it received cherished registration 794 SKO in December 1988. Parked behind is 292 (D123 HMT) a Van Hool 'Alizee' bodied Leyland Royal Tiger still in the livery of previous owner Travellers of Hounslow.
