Peach pork roast

Yum, and so easy. Salt, pepper and garlic powder then pour Smuckers peach preserves mixed with mustard (I used a Jack Daniels horseradish mustard) over the tied pork. I cooked covered for almost 2 hours on 350. Family loved it. My Pyrex helps me be a good cook!
