Silver Slipper rip off
Here's a beautiful design named "The Ruby Slipper." It's a complete rip off of the Silver Slipper bulb sign which is in the collection of the Las Vegas Neon Museum and is awaiting refurbishment.
The question remains, why did the City of Las Vegas blow of its own city sign museum and create crap knockoffs of historic signs instead of relighting the real historic signs these are based on?
The "Ruby Slipper" design by the way, does not glow with red light bulbs at night. It actually spins on an axis and lights up with bright white bulbs — just like the historic Silver Slipper it is copying once did.
