Notes to self:
1. Mugs make great pen-pots (which I already do, yay to see it done here also) and lidded ones make nifty containers for small bits and bobs.
2. Empty picture frames can be repurposed to act as mini notice boards by the magic of a few strings and a few clips!
3. A traditional letter rack / table-top organiser is still useful and not a waste of desktop prime estate as I had previously thought.

Notes to self:
1. Asker pots from Ikea simply stuck to the wall. Yes. No more waiting on the fitting of fiddly rods before I could start using my pots!
2. White, white, and more white. Lovely backdrop for pops of colours to shine through.
3. Cutting pad ready in position on desk.

Notes to self:
1. If have no space for a ribbon rack, one can still incorporate a ribbon rail into the architecture of existing shelving.
2. Those Ikea file storage boxes -- paint them and tilt them sideways as file organiser!
3. Tiny shelf under big shelf is a great idea for more off-desktop storage.
4. Lidded boxes and lots of them!

Notes to self:
1. A picture rail can act as that tiny shelving beneath normal shelves for the added off-desktop storage mentioned above. Looks especially neat when it's the same colour as the open shelving
2. Paint an eye-popping contrasting wall colour against the white shelves for a statement wall
3. Glass tops!
4. File organisers can be great for rolls of paper too!

Notes to self:
1. A ribbon noticeboard using a picture frame and ribbons
2. That wall-hanging file organiser and letter organiser, I want!
3. L-shaped desk for separate tasks
4. Picture frames with added hooks for hanging storage!!
---> Own inspired idea: It would be really great to stick Asker Pots to a picture frame and hang it on the wall!
5. Pops of green on walls and seat covers duly noted.
6. Plants on desk!! Don't forget to live a little while at work!

Notes to self:
1. Just where can I get this wall letter rack?? Please please please? (own musing -- can a toast rack stuck sideways up on the wall do??? But then it wouldn't have the upward tilt needed to keep letters up... but is that really needed??)
2. Those receipt needles (what do you call those things??) as seen on the F Word and as used by the restaurant trade is great for domestic use also!

Notes to self:
1. Lidded round glass jars for thumbtacks and paperclips and rubber bands.
2. Stick these jars lid upwards on the bottom of shelving so that these become cool free-standing one-twist storage wonders! A decorative feature as well as desktop space- saving!

Notes to self:
1. Again another great idea to make use of a picture frame: Hammer thumbtacks in place, use bulldog clips as hanging clips, and use these clips to store your bits and pieces of paper. Here it is used for business cards (so it says on the picture image title), but I imagine bills and receipts and invoices and other assorted household paper nightmare can finally be organised and find their rightful home with this system also.
2. Don't forget to jazz up the picture frame hanging organiser by the use of ribbons!
3. A little hammer within reach at desk is always handy.

Notes to self:
1. I want that hanging file wall unit soooo bad!!!! Where can one find such things??
2. Magazine file can be stuck to a wall unit or side of closet door.
3. Magnetic dry-wipe board incorporating perpetual monthly calendar.
4. Magnetic dry-wipe board great for sticking metal containers to have as added storage for pens and indeed little notepads.

Notes to self:
1. That magnetic knife rack from Ikea that I have in my kitchen? Shouldn't I know that it would be great for organising stationery on top of a desk too! I can stick a pair of scissors on it just like my knives!
2. Tray up your penholders please, we are organised!
3. Thermo flask on desk is a great way to stay refreshed!
4. Always good to have a separate radio too! Especially one that is oldy-worldy and pink!
5. Instead of simply using bulldog-clips on a picture frame, why not stick actual clipboards on the wall? Be bold!! And don't forget to vamp up those clipboards with witty patterns to make a statement wall while you are at it!
