Devon General 623 & 953
An interesting comparison of acquired DG VRT's.
On the right is 623 (DGR 477S), originally Northern General 3377 and on the left is 953 (OUD 431M), originally Oxford 431.
623 is a normal height VRT at 13ft 8in whilst 953 is of the lower 13ft 5in height, easily identified due to the white centre band not being continued above the windscreen. Mark 2 953 has been fitted with a Mark 3 lower front panel.
