awe of light

 

A gentle light on woodland floor,

Surely life must need of more,

To grow through leaves with trees so tall,

A long way down this light must fall,

But natures knows her plants can cope,

It’s from our feet she'll trust and hope.

I was very excited when I spotted this last week on our hike in Dundas & was able to catch the awe of forest light
