Recurrent Colon Cancer at Surgical Anastomotic Site

An 81 year old male with a history of Stage 3 sigmoid colon cancer resected 3 years previously, then was lost to subsequent follow-up (refused chemotherapy). He returns with a lower GI bleeding and found to have a local recurrence at the surgical anastomotic site.
