CH-3Girls-NoDog-Oct1899
(From the photo album of my dad's Aunt Clara Huggins) Here are the three girls from an earlier posted photograph, taken on the same day, from October 1899. In the other photo, the girls have their overcoats on, and are sitting on a wheel-barrow with a cute dog - all with their eyes closed. Here they are standing in slightly different order, looking at the photographer. I would guess that this was taken either on a Sunday church day, or a special day at school. I can't tell if the girl on the right has a diamond-shaped belt buckle or a diamond-shaped pendant.
This photo was in bad shaped: warped, heavy photo paper; very faded; and with abundant apparent water/liquid damage, and other flaws. I photo-shopped as much as I could out, but there is still a fair amount of damage that affects the clarity of the photo.
I have tried to identify these girls using the 1900 US Federal Census, but since I don't know their relationship or the photo location, I can't really figure out who they are. I have some possibilities, but nothing definitive.
