Anhinga going after a fish

I was just using the camera as binoculars to determine if I wanted the shot of this anhinga sitting on a post. I decided no and was about to move on, when the bird struck a weird, almost horizontal pose, looking at the water below. Then he took off! I managed 6 shots. 3 were cut off at the head but there were 2 that turned out great. This is the 4rth photo, when my panning finally caught up with him. You can see it breaking with the broad tail and pulling in the neck a bit so it would get injured during the sudden impact the the water.
