Multi Format
The newest camera has a multi-format option.
It captures the shot in four perspectives. Above is the 16x9.
What is cool is that it does not just get narrower, or wider, but also taller or shorter to fit the CCD. In other words, the 1x1 is the tallest, but could not go wider, as it would run out of lens to be that tall and wide.
