Little Ringed Plover. ID thanks!

Ringed or Little Ringed. I can't tell. I imagine I can see an extra white band on the heads but can't make out leg colours. This pair were at Burtonmere wetlands last week. So far away, but I hope more expert folk out there might help. I would be delighted if they were little ringed plover pair. But...
