Cairo, February, 2009 – The Human Resources department of the Cairo Marriott Hotel has been recently awarded during the Scientific Committee & New Accounting Thought Association's Conference that was held under the patronage of their Excellencies, the Minister of High Education, the Minister of Administration Development & the Minister of Social Solidarity. This award came as recognition of the hotel’s pioneer positive applications & handling of the current economic situation. Where the HR department didn’t lay off any associates, instead it worked on increasing associates’ salaries based on their work’s evaluation during 2008! The award was presented to the HR team by Dr. Mohamed Taha, Chairman of the Arab Gulf Center & the New Accounting Thought Association.

فى فندق ماريوت القاهرة...... الإهتمام بالعاملين هو الأساس!
القاهرة، فبراير 2008 تم تكريم إدارة الموارد البشرية بفندق ماريوت القاهرة مؤخرا بمنحها درع مؤتمر الموازنة و الهيكلة و المستقبل تحت رعاية السادة وزراء التنمية الأدارية ، التضامن الإجتماعى و التعليم العالى و ذالك أثناء مشاركه الفندق بالمؤتمر. و قد جاء هذا التكريم كتقدير لتطبيقات الفندق الإيجابيه فى التعامل ى مع الأزمة الأقتصادية الحاليه . و التى إعتبرها المؤتمر إحدى التجارب الرياديه! حيث لم يلجأ الفندق لإقالة أى من العاملين بل عملت إدارة المارد البشرية على زيادة المرتبات بعد تقييم جهود العاملين عن عام 2008. و قد قام بتسليم الدرع الدكتور / محمد طه ، رئيس مجلس إدارة مركز الخليج العربى و جمعية الفكر المحاسبى نيابة عن السادة الوزراء.
