5:50 p.m. Joshua Sarmiento, age 9, July 12, 2003, Grade 2, Elementary School, stated that he saw inside Judge Floro's right eye, a moving round to oblong white light and then a very very big bright light, for which reason, he took off his eyes from Judge Floro due to the brightness.
