Will of John Porter of South Clifton

Another point of interest is the change in ink colour after the word "followeth". Perhaps the introductory section was written ahead of time, with the detail of the will added at a later date.
Transcription:
In the year of our Lord: 1705: Aperill the 20
I John:Porter of South Clifton in the county of Notingham tallor [tailor] being imperfect in body but perfect in memory and mind blesed be god have made and ordained this my last will and testament as folowoth and first I commit my soule into the hands of allmighty god who gave it me hoping through the merrits of Jesus Christ it shall be saved and my body to the earth from whence it was taken to be buryed at the discretion of my execittors and as to my wordly goods it bestow as followeth it give unto John Porter my sonn forty pound to be paid to him at the adge of one and twenty yeares and my will is that my sonn John Porter shal have his bringing up and be educated in lerning and put to a trade over and above his forty pound above mentioned
I[tem] give unto John Porter my sonn my hous and all my land medow and commons belonging to me in Clifton to enter to one halfe of it at the adge of one and twenty yeares and my will is that All[e]s Porter my wife shall injoy and keep all the above said hous and land medow and commons untill John Porter my sonn be the adge above said of one and twenty yeares and my will is if Al[e]lse Porter my wife should mary againe then the said John Porter my sonn shal enter to all the above said hous Lands medow commons and if the above said Al[le]s Porter my wife marry not againe my will is she shal injoy halfe the above said promised duering her life.
and furder [further] my will is if the above said John Porter my sonn shall die without heirs of his owne body then all my hous lands medow & commons I give unto John Porter sonn of Franses Porter my brother after All[e]se Porter my wife deseas[ed] and not before to him but Al[es]s my wife shall injoy it all duering her life but if the above said John Porter sonn to Franses shall die without issue my will is it goe to the next heirre of the body of Franses Porter my brother and for want of heires of the abov said Franses Porter my brother to goe unto the heires of William Stoole forever my will is furder [further] if John Porter my sonn die without isu I give twenty shillings a pese to my two sisters that is Elizabeth [Keithern?]
It[e]m unto all the Rest of my goods and chatells whatsoever I give and bequeath All[e]se Porter my wife whome I make whole and full execatrix of this my last will and testament paying my debts an[d] funerall charges
In witnes I have hear unto set to my hand and seale the day and yeare above writen
I apoint Edward Coe my father in law and William [Millinto?] the elder to be trusttes in the behalfe of John Porter my sonn
