HT/TT alignment

-the TT and head tube junction is lined up.

-since I don't want to put in extra spacers on the fork for handle bar adjustment, I added about 25mm to the height of the head tube shell to compensate

-eliminating spacers from the fork steerer tube adds additional torsional stiffness in my humble opinion
