Dorms floor plans
At bottom we have the ground floor plan, and at top a typical upper level dorm plan. The ground floor is reserved for more expensive apartments and disabled (wheelchair) accommodation. Each apartment has a walk-in closet, bathroom, one or more bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area.
The dorm rooms on the upper level are designed to pack in 2 or 3 students to each dorm room. Toilets and washrooms are near the stair wells, and a commonroom area which might also have cooking facilities. I can add between 1-3 upper levels to a building.
Also, there are two halves to each, and that makes it possible to have "half size" blocks.
