Conrail SD45 6221 {built 1/68 as PRR 6221} is seen at Baltimore, MD on 1/25/81. *Unit later became C&NW 6544 in 1983.
Conrail SD40 6288 {built 5/67 as B&O 7485} leads a freight past Cleveland Municipal Stadium on 5/17/79. This unit wasn't with the B&O long as the sent it to the CNJ as their 3064 which is how it got in the hands of Conrail.

Conrail B30-7R {originally built 6/72 as WP U23B 2258} is seen at Leetsdale, PA 08/07/94. Acquired from the MGA merger in 1993 & upgraded to 3,000 HP. *They were later returned to B23-7Rs after Conrail breakup.
Conrail Alco C420 #2072 {built 6/63 as LHR #21} is seen at Cleveland, OH on 9/11/79. The 2072 has a 3,100 gallon fuel tank added during a 1966 rebuild.

Conrail SW7 #9072 {built 5/50 as PRR 9392} is shown fitted with a box on the front of the hood. Inside the box is a modified cooling system that eliminated the belt drive to the main cooling fan, replacing it with a pair of motor-driven 36" fans.
