Conrail GP38 7776 {built 9/69 as PC 7776} is seen on 6/6/76 in the Pittsburgh area wearing an unauthorized by upper management Bicentennial scheme applied at Pitcairn, PA. Unit was painted in the standard Conrail blue scheme in the fall of 1976.
