Conrail U23B {built 9/73 as PC 2765} is one of the group (2750-2776) that was setup for long hood lead. They were ordered when Wm. Moore was CEO at PC. He had come over from the Southern Rwy. Seen leading a freight Westbound around Horseshoe Curve 8/7/77.
