Republic Locomotive Works model RD20 {built 8/92 as RLWX RD20} numbered UP20 while testing on the Union Pacific. It was a one of a kind locomotive powered by a Detroit Diesel 16V-149TI DDEC engine. Seen here at Council Bluffs, IA 9/6/93.
