NS 4000 a PR43C {Caterpillar powered loco built from an SD50 originally built 11/84 as MP 5001} is seen brand new at Paducah, KY 8/01/09. Units proved unreliable and were pretty much given up on and stored in 2015, then returned to Progress Rail in 2017.
