NS GP38 2946 {built in 2/71 as PC 7903 here in fresh paint at Perth Amboy, NJ 10/22/02. Locomotive was vandalized a few months earlier requiring a repaint, & NS chose to paint it into the Conrail scheme since it was assigned to the shared assets area.
