U.S. Army PFC Preston L. McKnight of New Cumberland, West Virginia is seen here using his rain poncho as a wind break on a below zero frigid day in Korea January of 1951.

PFC McKnight served in World War 2 then signed up for the reserves and was called up to go to Korea. McKnight was killed in action less than a month after this photo was taken.
