Dassies

Also known as rock badgers, rock hyraxes, rock rabbits. They resemble giant guinea pigs but are actually (distantly) related to elephants. Dassies have rather long, "tusk-like" upper incisors, which you'll notice in the one at the back, if you enlarge. Maybe way back in pre-historic times they were much longer. 😊
