Change & Progress
This is the site of the new Plenary Health and Walker Cancer center being built in St Catherines. This is a HUGE construction project being built by PCL Construction. I'm sometimes critical of our government, but when I stop and think especially seeing an undertaking like this, it makes me better understand despite everything, I'm living in a GREAT country with GREAT healthcare.
This image I tried to show 'change and progress'. Sometimes it's necessary for the old to come down so the new can go up. Its definitely sad when this happens, but at least we can preserve our past through these images.
