Super Blue Moon (01). Jan 2018

Initially went to Sutton Scarsdale Hall, Derbyshire, trying to catch the Super Blue Moon (low moon rising). Within 10 minutes of arriving there, it began to rain, sleet, snow and hail quite profusely It was bitterly cold and cloud simply covered the moon as it appeared. Later that evening around 10:30, the Super Blue Moon was high and climbing. He's a little of what I saw. Hope you enjoy it too :)

The technical term for a Supermoon is perigee-syzygy. This was a rare opportunity to see the Super Blue Moon!
