Villa Rosa sorge nell'amena località di Tramonte nel comune di Teolo,in provincia di Padova. Rappresenta una delle residenze signorili più eleganti della zona ed è facilmente riconoscibile percorrendo la strada provinciale che collega Torreglia ad Abano Terme, su cui si affacciano i raffinatissimi cancelli in ferro battuto che delimitano il bel giardino.L'edificio appartenuto ai Camposampiero e passato alla famiglia Rosa nel XVII secolo, fu rifatto all'inizio del Settecento su una preesistenza cinquecentesca. La facciata è caratterizzata nella parte centrale da triplici aperture, che variano per forma e dimensione sui tre piani delle villa, creando un ritmo architettonico armonioso ed elegante. Al piano terra il portale di accesso è incluso nel bugnato e collocato tra due piccole finestre ovali; al piano nobile si trova un poggiolo su cui si affacciano i tre portali centinati e ornati da mascheroni sulla chiave di volta; al secondo piano si aprono finestre quadrate sotto il timpano decorato con lo stemma dei proprietari e sormontato da statue.La villa appartenne a Francesco Rosa, ricco commerciante che acquistò il titolo nobiliare veneziano e sposò Gabriella Carla Patin, figlia di un famoso medico parigino che insegnava presso l'Università di Padova.La villa è attorniata da un curatissimo parco impreziosito da statue di pregio e recintato da alcuni dei più bei cancelli in ferro battuto fra tutte le ville venete, con elaborati ricami e ricercate volute fin sopra le cimase.

Villa Rosa is located in the pleasant town of Tramonte in the town of Teolo, in the province of Padua. It is one of the most elegant residences in the area and is easily recognizable on the road that connects Torreglia in Abano Terme, where you can see the elegant wrought iron gates that surround the beautiful gardens of the villa. .The Building belonged to family Camposampiero and passed to the Rosa family in the seventeenth century, was rebuilt at the beginning of the eighteenth century. The facade is characterized in the central part of triple openings, which vary in size and shape over the three floors of the villa, creating a harmonious and elegant architectural rhythm. On the ground floor the access portal is included in ashlar and placed between two small oval windows; at the main floor there is a balcony onto which the three portals curved and decorated with gargoyles on the keystone; the second floor there are open square windows and on the gable decorated there is the coat of arms of the owners. The villa belonged to Francesco Rosa, wealthy merchant who acquired the title of Venetian nobility and married Carla Gabriella Patin, daughter of a famous Parisian doctor who has taught at the University of Padova. La villa is surrounded by a beautiful park with statues of quality and enclosed by some of the most beautiful wrought iron gates of all the Venetian villas, with elaborate embroidery and sophisticated swirls up above the cornices.
