Red-tailed Hawk

This bird was first though tto be a Krider's Hawk, a much rarer subspecies that inhabits the West. After review thought the bird was instead ID as a partially albino Red-tailed Hawk. If it were a Krider's Hawk, it wouldn't have a dark breast band and would have a dark back not a white one.
