This is part of a HUGE fallout of jaegers across all of PA after Hurricane Sandy. This was one of two jaegers seen at Blad Eagle State Park on October 30, 2012. This is a FOY and a new state bird for me! This bird is also the 2nd record of this species in Centre county, the other was in 1969!
