Kirtland's Warbler (female)

First of many photos to be uploaded from last weekends trip up to Grayling, Michigan for breeding Kirtland's Warbler. We got into Grayling at about 7 PM, checked into our hotel and decided to try for some Kirtland's at a known spot less than 10 minutes from the hotel. We quickly heard a singing male (lifer 436), but was unable to locate him. We were sitting and watching a pair of Nashville Warblers (sorry no pictures) where this female Kirtland's popped into view. She slowly made her way towards us, but wasn't in the open until she landed in this tree no more than five feet away! This was to close for the camera to focus, and coupled with fading light leaves me with this dark fuzzy picture, but I'm happy with the results. There was a male following her, but I was unable to get pictures of him. We left the spot with no fewer than four Kirtland's in forty minutes spent at the location!
