Dinner Stuff

I stir fried red pepper, green peppers, chili piquin, green chili, garlic, chili powder, yellow onion, white onions, mushrooms, and Goya red kidney beans; next I then added crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. I used two chili piquins - for tiny dried chilies the size of a raisins, they pack a punch ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pequin_pepper ). I grew these one years, still have a few dozen frozen (Freeze Dried). They added plenty of heat. I made enough to put 3/4 of it away for another day.
