I just started grabbing thing and tossing them in the pot. Red, yellow and green peppers, onion, garlic powder, white pepper, cumin, yellow curry, peas, carrots, green beans, corn, extra firm tofu - cooking in a mixture wine and white vinegar, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, a little water, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and 4 TienTsin Chinese peppers (removed before eating). The sauce was boiled to a reduction and was thickening and then I added all the other stuff and slow cooked until the vegetables were done. The rice is Wayne's favorite; Tasty Bite Microwave Tandoori Rice.
