Spicy Dinner

I cooked a chicken breast with stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, smoked red peppers, onions and diced chilies and several spices in the slow cooker.

 

I know, I eat a lot of chicken but I got my total cholestrol down from 331 to 85.
