Double Chocolate Cheesecake
I did a little baking last night, I made this to bring in to work on Monday - I find it is best to let cheesecakes set for a day before serving. My brother sent me this recipe a few days ago - I had to change it slightly, it called for Hazel Nuts but I couldn't find any so I used Macadamia Nuts. It also has a little Jack Daniels #7 (just a little).
