No Name Stew Stuff
I just made this up as I went along so I have no name for it. I had two Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage - I skinned them and flattened the meet out and covered it with red curry and hot pepper flakes, rolled it up and then pinched off sections to make meat balls. I browned them in a little olive oil and chicken soup stock. I mixed in red and green peppers, onion, minced garlic, oregano flakes, 1 oz of macaroni, salt and Parmesan cheese. For wieght water's it was 14 points for the entire meal.
