Chicken Malsala (Sort Of, My Take On It)
To make this I used 6 ounces of chicken, 8 ounces of mixed vegetables (onions, peas, chick peas, kidney beans, carrots, red - yellow- green peppers, celery) hot pepper flacks, cayenne pepper, coriander flakes, cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, Jamaican season, Garam Masala, white pepper, olive oil, chicken soup stock,ginger, minced garlic and 1/ cup of white rice. the entire dish had 13 weight watcher's points - but I split it to two meals and counted each as 7 points.
