Someone Is Not Happy

When I came home today, I found this in the gutter in front of my house. With my neighbors daughter being out of jail right now, I did not want to leave it there to tempt her or her friends so I took and called the police. They came over and took it. I wanted to record it that it was found on the street to keep the neighborhood crime report up to date.
