Trapped Carp
Once again, the flood control creek is full of stranded carp - the heavy rains wash them in to the creek and there is no way out - they can't go up stream because itsteps up and the exit is blocked by a short dam to block saltwater from backing in to the freshwater - so they are doomed. The creek with dry and they will die. I have tried for years to get some agency interested in getting them out of this mess but since they are a "Nuisance Fish" no one will help them.
