Power Cable Repairs Continues
A freak storm with 85 mph winds tore three high power cables off the poles a few weeks ago - the cables were 4.1 miles long and had a combined weight of 52,000 pounds. They have been working since then to get the cables off the bottom of the James River and replace the cable.
