Meatloaf With A Twist

I made a meatloaf from ground veal and lamb, added onion, egg, bread crumbs, oatmeal, several spices and ground peppers. I stuffed the center with Gorgonzola Cheese and glazed the top with a mixture of cherries, pomegranate and habanero. I baked it in one of my odd pieces of my pottery.
