Cleaner Shrimp & Anemone
A cleaner shrimp in an anemone shot off of Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles.
These little guys are about 1/2" long. The white antennae signal to fish that this is a cleaner. Fish of all sizes will swim up to a cleaning station, hover in the water and open their mouths and gills and these little shrimp will crawl all over them and into their mouths to clean off harmfull parasites. The large fish don't try to eat the cleaners. A perfect symbiotic relationship!
