Dashcam mount

this post is for bestbuy people who commented and wanted to see how i did this mount

 

remove the torx 15 bolt from sun visor clip,

 

and screw it back on with metal plate for a solid mount

 

remove rubber from dc windshield mount

put a screw or bolt thru the windshield mount of the dashcam

 

bolt dashcam mount onto plate

 

put a piece of foam or tape the end of the plate as it touches the windshield because it will vibrate as you drive and the foam will keep it from shaking and / or cause any damage to windshield

 

or use a thicker metal plate, and it won't vibrate as you drive

 

run the wires to hide under the roof cover and down the side pillar plastic and to your console outlets for power
