This night northern lights had been predicted so I decided to find a nice spot on the Reykjanes peninsula. However, the sky wasn't very cooperative, especially in the far distance, so I did stopped on my way over there near an abandoned house where it was less cloudy. In some way the outcome was really not so bad at all because the clouds, blue spots in the sky, green northern lights and orange reflection of the Reykjavik city lights, all mixed up together in a multi-colour light show. FYI: The colours are natural...no HDR!
I deleted the shot erroneously in Flickr, so I had to add it again to the collection.
