This is 36 Regent Street in Great Yarmouth. For about 5 years until 2012 the shop at 36a was a new and second hand book shop called A Novel Idea. In 1813 Regent Street was laid out as the first planned east-west route from the Quay to the Market Place capable of taking more than narrow carts.
