L'Amore è composto da nove ingredienti:La Pazienza,La Bontà,La Generosità,L'Umiltà,La gentilezza,La Dedizione,La Tolleranza,La Innocenza,La Sincerità.
Tutti questi doni interessano ciascuno di noi,le nostre vite quotidiane,l'oggi e il domani,l'eternità.
Bontà. Amore attivo.
Soltanto una cosa è più importante della felicità: la santità. Ma essa è al di fuori della nostra portata. Rendere felici gli altri, invece,rientra nelle nostre possibilità. Dio ci ha offerto questa grande opportunità,l'ha affidata alle nostre mani, ed è qualcosa che non ci costa pressoché nulla. Si,riflettendo attentamente,potremo renderci conto che non ci costa proprio niente.
E allora perché ci dimostriamo riluttanti a rallegrare il nostro prossimo? La felicità non è un bene che si moltiplica in cattività,né una cosa che diminuisce allorché viene data. Al contrario: è soltanto seminando felicità che riusciamo ad accrescere la nostra quota.
Il mondo ha davvero bisogno di ciò (e io aggiungo,oggi più che mai).
Ed è assai facile essere amabili! L'effetto di un simile gesto è immediato, e chi si comporta in modo premuroso viene ricordato per sempre.
Senza distinzione,senza tempi prestabiliti,senza rinvii,senza paura di soffrire.
AMA!
Spandi generosamente il tuo amore sui poveri- è qualcosa di facile- e sui ricchi- che diffidano di tutto e non riescono a scorgere l'Amore di qui tanto bisognano- e su coloro che ti assomigliano: e questo è molto difficile. Infatti, è con i nostri simili che siamo più egoisti. Troppe volte ci adoperiamo per piacere,mentre dovremo sforzarci di dare gioia.
DAI GIOIA!
Non perdere l'occasione di dar gioia al prossimo,giacché sarai tu il primo a beneficiare- anche se nessuno saprà ciò che stai facendo. Il mondo intorno a te sarà più contento, e ogni azione ti risulterà più facile.
Io sono in questo mondo e vivo presente. Qualsiasi cosa buona possa fare, qualsiasi gioia possa regalare agli altri...vi prego di dirmelo. Non lasciate che io rimandi o dimentichi,
poiché non tornerò mai più a vivere questo momento.

Only one thing is more important than happiness: holiness. But it is out of our reach. Make others happy, however, is within our possibilities. God has given us this great opportunity, He has entrusted to our hands, and it's something that does not cost us almost nothing. Yes, thinking carefully, we shall see that does not cost us anything.
So why do we prove reluctant to delight our neighbor? Happiness is not a good thing that multiplies in captivity, neither one thing that decreases when it is given. On the contrary: it is only spreading happiness that we are able to increase our share.
The world really needs this (I add, now more than ever).
And it is very easy to be amiable! The effect of such an action is immediate, and who behaves caring is remembered forever.
Without distinction, without fixed times, without referrals, without fear of suffering.
LOVE!
Pour your love generously over the poor - is something easy - and on rich- who are suspicious everything and fail to see the love that they need so - of those who resemble you, and this is very difficult. In fact, it is with our fellow men that we are more selfish. Too many times we strive for pleasure, while we strive to give joy.
GIVE JOY!
Do not miss the opportunity to give joy to others, because you will be the first to benefit-even if no one will know what you are doing. The world around you will become happier, and each action will be easier.
