-L'Amore è composto da nove ingredienti:La Pazienza,La Bontà,La Generosità,L'Umiltà,La gentilezza,La Dedizione,La Tolleranza,La Innocenza,La Sincerità.
Tutti questi doni interessano ciascuno di noi,le nostre vite quotidiane,l'oggi e il domani,l'eternità.-
“E' arrivato il momento di smettere di analizzare l'Amore.
Ora dobbiamo sforzarci affinché tutti gli ingredienti descritti entrino a far parte di noi.
Il nostro obiettivo nel mondo è: apprendere ad amare.
Che cosa fa dell'uomo un grande artista,un grande scrittore,un grande musicista?
La pratica.
Che cosa fa dell'uomo un grande uomo?
La pratica. Nulla di più.
Per la crescita spirituale si applicano le medesime regole usate per il corpo e per la mente.
Se un uomo non esercita il braccio,non avrà mai muscoli. Se non esercita l'anima,non avrà mai la forza di carattere,né ideali,né la bellezza che deriva dal proprio miglioramento interiore.
L'Amore non è un momento di entusiasmo.
L'Amore è un espressione ricca,forte e generosa della nostra vita – la personalità dell'uomo nel sviluppo più completo.
E, per arrivare a questo,abbiamo bisogno di una pratica costante.
Sii consapevole del fatto che stai diventando più bello ogni minuto che passa – e anche se ti risulta difficile comprenderlo,le difficoltà e le tentazioni sono gli strumenti utilizzati da Dio.
Ricordati delle parole di Goethe: “Il talento si sviluppa nella solitudine;il carattere, nel fiume della vita”.
Il talento si sviluppa nella solitudine – la preghiera,la meditazione,la Fede, la visione chiara della vita.
Il carattere,invece,può crescere solo se ci offriamo al mondo.
Perché è nel mondo che apprendiamo ad amare.”

It's time to stop analyzing the Love.
Now we must try to ensure that all the ingredients described become part of us.
Our target in the world is: to learn to love.
What makes a man a great artist, a great writer, a great musician?
Practice.
What makes a man a great man?
Practice. Nothing more.
For spiritual growth shall apply same rules used for the body and mind.
If a man does not exercise his arm, will never have muscles. If the soul does not exercise, will never have the strength of character or ideals, nor the beauty that comes from your inner improvement.
Love is not a moment of enthusiasm.
Love is rich, strong and generous expression of our lives - the personality of the man in the fullest development.
And, get this, we need a constant practice.
Be conscious that you are becoming more beautiful every minute that passes - and even if you are difficult to understand ,the difficulties and temptations are the tools used by God
Remember the words of Goethe: "Talent develops in solitude, the character,in the river of life."
Talent develops in solitude - prayer, meditation, Faith, clear vision of life.
The character, however, can only grow if we offer to the world.
Because, in the world that we learn to love.
