In a study, scientists from the Fitness Clinic of Helsinki showed that after just a ten-day application of AIRNERGY marathon runners increased their oxygen consumption by 7 per cent and also improved energy production by around 8 per cent. Endurance athletes normally have to train long and hard to achieve 2 to 3 per cent improvements in their performance.
