Stagecoach United Counties, Main Road, Far Cotton, Northampton
The United Counties depot has moved around Northampton in the last 40 years. After Derngate, the maintenance was based on Bedford Road though parked at Greyfriars, and when Bedford Road was sold for development, an alternative site at Rothersthorpe Avenue was sourced.
2014 sees the end of Greyfriars bus station. In readiness, Stagecoach have already opened a new depot to accommodate this, additional work from First's exit of the town as well as permitting the closure of the Rothersthorpe depot (just around the corner).
