Summer weather
Mack scared me this week. He hid under the bed instead of meowing to go outside. Mack spends ALL day outside in the summer so I knew something was up. I found a couple small puncture wounds and figured he got into a fight with something or wounded himself on something sharp. I finally took him to the vet yesterday and she promptly found a couple more punctures. She gave him an antibiotic injection and we went ahead and boostered his rabies.
The good news is that he is not developing any abscesses and yesterday and today he's acting almost 100%. His in-house blood work showed all is well.
So this truly is a Happy Caturday!
