It's the little things... like little pieces of home
35/52 This is a completely random collection of pictures in my parents' home. They are all so familiar to me that I can see them without even looking at them. I know where each hangs and just assume they'll be there every time I go home. It would be very jarring to walk in the front door and not see the Alaskan Village hanging right there in the front hall or to sit in the living room if the picture of the birds was gone. There is something very comforting and reassuring about going home and being surrounded by little things that are just as you remembered them.
